The Transceiver is designed to convert 1000BASE-SX/LX/LH/EX/ZX fiber to 10/100/1000Base-T copper media and vice versa.
Traditionally, it uses fiber as the transmission medium.
It is compatible with 850nm multi-mode, 1310nm single-mode, and WDM fiber cables with an LC-Type connector, capable of transmitting data up to 0.55 kilometers or 100 kilometers.
The 1000M Ethernet standalone and module cards offer a straightforward solution for Ethernet conversion between copper wire and fiber media at speeds of 1000Mbps.
