Our returns policy lasts 30 days. You can return or exchange your item within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Extended warranty services
- CD, DVD, Blu-Ray
- Video Games
To complete your return, please contact Tinkerer Ltd customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your return request please include your Order Number and the Serial Number of the item you wish to return/exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Opened items still in original unused condition (90%-100% original price).
- Used items but still in new/resealable condition (60%-90% original price).
- Any items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (20%-70% original price).
Right To Cancel
You may cancel your order up to 14 days after it was delivered. This does not apply to B2B orders or business customers.
All B2B (business customer) refunds attract a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee is not applicable to damaged or DOA items.
Used items or items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be partially refunded (20% - 70% of original price).
Orders that are refused at the time of delivery, or that are refused to be picked up at the carrier's drop-off point, or cancelled in transit will attract a 5% restocking fee. The shipping costs are non-refundable in such instances.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items / Warehouse Deals
Sale items or warehouse deals can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Same refund rules apply as with new items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (with condition that we have them in stock). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refused Deliveries / In Transit Cancellations
Orders that are refused at the time of delivery or that are refused to be picked up at the carrier's drop-off point, or cancelled in transit will attract a 3.5% restocking fee. The shipping costs are non-refundable in such instances.
Sending Your Return
To return your product, you should contact us first by email. We will then provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for faulty or damaged items). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
